As part of my next professional chapter, I feel called to start it with some well rounded perspectives on the topics of the day.  I led wellness based "podcasts" for several years at Cerner, and am a relentless and open minded information seeker who has worked in several industries, and been fortunate enough to fully embrace & live through many life experiences.  My intentions are pure, all meant to get one to wonder and come to their own conclusions in a sovereign way.   It is "one man's opinion".  Anything that is said on an episode is either opinion, information, or commentary. .

I am producing just a few episodes-  1) Our news and flow of information; 2) my story and why I'm doing this; 3) Health & Wellness; 4) Business & Politics; 5) Religion & Relationships (or Spirituality & Sociality).  I present what I’ve lived & learned about a broad range of life topics, providing you with new information to consider, and and a light hearted thought provoking civil tone to prompt us all to critically think for ourselves- all while finding common ground and UNIFYING around optimal personal health & community strength.
